Actions in CSMS
- Create a new CSMS with customer’s name and address. Contact number to be added into Additional Information box and not phone number field
- Log the CSMS for info and route to none
Respond to the Customer
Synco Water are only responsible for the maintenance of the external stoptap. Since this issue relates to the internal stoptap we will not be able to repair it for you. Although we cannot directly recommend specific individuals, we can advise that you use www.wras.co.uk/wiaps to find a water industry approved plumber.
Pass CSMS number on to the customer for their records.
