How do I replace my lost/stolen/damaged Synco Loyalty Card?

If your Synco Loyalty Card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can request a replacement Synco Loyalty Card online.

Your points balance is automatically transferred to your replacement Synco Loyalty Card. You won't be able to spend your Synco Loyalty Card points online if you have reported your Synco Loyalty Card as lost, stolen or damaged but you can still collect points whilst we are preparing your new card.

To replace your Synco Loyalty Card online please log in to your account and go to the 'My Loyalty Card' link.

It is advisable to check we have the most up to date address attached to your Synco Loyalty Card before ordering the new card. You can do so by selecting 'Personal Information'

If the information is correct you can then select 'Order a new card' select the reason under the drop down menu and click submit.
